If I may be candid, after reading this book written by Petersen (2015) he opened my eyes on a lot of skills that I thought I had mastered, but now I know this is not the case. Furthermore, I have fallen into several of the traps that Petersen talks about in the book. I realize that even in my personal life I fall into the trap of having the Flat Head Syndrome. For example, I could remember a case where one of my cousin and eye were talking about sports, in which, sometimes one of us could become heated. At the beginning of the conversation, it seemed as if he was attacking what I was saying, and I was attacking what he was saying. However, as time proceeded, and we found ourselves exhausted we both came to realize that we were saying the
