Flat Belly Analysis

Everyone wants to have that flat, lean belly. No fat. Just six-pack abs that everyone else is admiring. Well here is the big secret to having that flat belly. hard work, its will power, discipline and knowledge. Apply all of those at the same time and you'll get rid of that belly fat in no time.

The hard work comes into play when you do your workout routine. Whether that hard work comes from doing P90X Ab Ripper, Insanity Cardio Abs, or any other routine. Hard work is a must to develop ab muscles. And it takes discipline. I had someone I coach once say to me,"I have been doing the P90X Ab Ripper after the workouts most of the time. I skip a few, but I did it three times last month". Uh... it should be coming up in your workout about three times a WEEK. My response was to do the work. Follow the routine and work hard.

Once you've made up your mind to do the hard work, then comes the time to actually do it. No "I skip a few" or "I don't feel like it this time" deals. Get that out of your head. Tell yourself that you're doing this and nothing is stopping you. If you don't, the lean six-pack abs you dream of will remain a dream.

Discipline in your work outs. Now it's time to explore will power. One of the difficult truths to reaching the goal of a flat lean belly is that you have to control what you eat. All the hard work and discipline in the world will never show if you keep those abs covered with fat. If you eat too much and don't lose fat around your belly, those abs that you work so hard for will never be seen. Give up the fatty foods, the high sugar snacks and replace it with nutritional foods that feed your body and fuel your workouts. Will power can be difficult at first, especially if you're addicted to foods that are bad for you, but once your replace those with foods that are good for you, will power actually becomes
