The case study I chose to write about is “It Isn’t Fair”, unfair treatment of wage is increasing more and more and still exists today. The story begins with a woman named Mary Jones, at that time she was a senior at the central university and interviewing for jobs. Mary was also talent and smart at the top one percent of her class, active in numerous extra activities. During her jobs searches, she was offered positions with every company she interviews with. After a depth thinking, she decided to take the jobs from Universal Product, a multinational company. She had great benefits and the potential for promotion including her salary was excellent forty thousand dollars. Therefore, she was happy with her new job and ready to give her all.
