Five We's We Eat Analysis

I believe that mindful eating consists of awareness and knowledge. Being a mindful eater relates to having the awareness of the five “W’s”. Being aware of when you should eat, what to eat, how should I eat, where should I invest the energy in eating this so I can get the energy back, why should I eat right now, and in some cases who should I eat with. Being aware of things like that will make you second think if you are really hungry and should eat. I think that if we all truly asked ourselves these questions before eating, we wouldn’t eat the food because most of the time we as humans are always short on time and if we truly think about the five W’s we may not eat at all. With awareness comes knowledge. Knowing what you are ingesting into
