System Thinking can have many meanings. According to Arnold & Wade (2015) System Thinking is based on applying, the application of system thinking. In order to apply the application of system thinking leaders need to be able to have a good understanding of system thinking when it comes to decision making (Arnold & Wade, 2015). When a leader is in the process of making decisions by applying system thinking it involves analyzing different systems or approaches. For example, examining new models that can be too complex by using different examples to see if the elements would change or make a difference. Problem-solving is related to organizational culture and open communication. Problem-solving orientation is based on the decision making process that can very complex when ethical issues are involved. It also requires feedback from the managers and alternative process with short term and long term goals with clear directions. The complex issues only come into play when a manager and employees need to know the difference between understanding ethical issues and applying ethical issues. This can address behavior patterns and issues with the process of ethics.
Five Major Components The five major components in a learning organization are an interdependent model that is used within a learning environment, which connects with systematic thinking along with the fifth discipline.
