CONSTITUTION CONVENTION
The Constitution is the fundamental or supreme law of the country; it establishes the government, sets forth the principles through which the government operates and designates rights to both the government and the territories that fall within that constitution. Since it’s the supreme law of United States it compromises of fundamental rights such as freedom of speech, rights to privacy, moral rights etc. In addition it also assures rights (individual rights) to every US citizen. 2. Write an essay defining and then comparing and contrasting the two ideologies that we examined this semester, so far: Neo-liberalism and Marxism.

Both are economic reforms focusing on societal change to benefit the society by thinking about ways to deal with the challenges of the society. Public sector should not only follow the private sector rule but also subsidize the private sector. Whereas Marxism focuses on confiscating the private property and abolishing private property rights in land and housing, stating that private property belongs to the state. Neo-liberalism supports the fact government is interfering too much in economy (by controlling trade) and we are better off if you let people alone so that people could do what they want to do to increase efficiency. Like explained using the Hat example in the lecture people were free to trade as much as they wanted, they had more freedom and in this way there was a win/win trade that is increase in happiness with input remaining the same. On the other hand, Marxism believes in the involvement of the government.
On the other hand, Marxism ideology states that societies are in conflict between each other and there is the conflict between rich and poor, poor stays poor and rich continues to grow
