They come to work early and have a good attitude. Attitudes are infectious whether they are good or bad. An outstanding example of motivated employees is the US Marines. Their unfettered commitment to do a good job is legendary. One key indicator to a motivated team is their commitment to a cause. Many team members work longer and harder hours. The US Marines have a tremendous sense of pride that stems from belonging to world class successful team. This is the mindset that needs to be captured.
