Kristen Koslowski: The Big Five Model

Improved Essays
The person I’m picking for this assignment is Kristen Koslowski. She is 19 years old and was born in May 31st 1996. We both have lived in Braidwood Illinois for our whole lives. We have known each other since kindergarten where we went to daycare with each other. My dad has known her parents from when they all went to high school with each other. We also know each other from the Braidwood Rec Club where we both go camping with our families. We didn’t start being friends until we were in fourth grade we were in the same class and became best friends and still are best friends today. She currently works for Bightstar Ambulance in Kankakee Illinois. Growing up she was always extremely shy, and didn’t talk to very many people. I was the total opposite …show more content…
To be considered a ten you would have to be sociable, fun-loving, and affectionate. To be considered a one you would have to be retiring, sober, and reserved. I would give Kristen a five in Extraversion. She is not very sociable, she’s very shy when talking with people sometimes she is even shy when she is with her friends. Kristen can be fun sometimes but she isn’t one to be crazy, loud, or even one to embarrass herself. Although she is very loving, she cares about all her family, friends, and animals. She is defiantly a five when it comes to showing affection for some body. She is really shy and not one to show affection to her boyfriend in public. She shows her affection for someone through buying gifts or when she is alone with that …show more content…
To be considered a ten you would have to be imaginative, independent, and someone who prefers variety. To be considered a one you would have to be practical, conforming, and someone who prefers routine. In this category I would give Kristen an eight. She is very open when it comes to trying new things. This year I took her on vacation with me and she has never parasailed and when I asked her to do it with me she didn’t even hesitate. I would consider her a dare devil. Kristen also goes with the flow. The fourth category in the Big Five Factors in Conscientiousness. To be considered a ten you would have to be organized, careful, and disciplined. To be considered a one you would have to be considered disorganized, careless, and impulsive. I believe Kristen would be considered a six. She doesn’t plan for things at all. If she runs into something she wants to do she will do it. If she has an idea on something she wants to do she will just go ahead and do it. Kristen is also a person that is not always on time for events or a person who is on time when you ask her to meet you some
