Five Essential Truths is about the most important truths in life. It begins with "Life is Hard", then "You are not that important", "Your life is not about you", "You are not in control", and "You are going to die". I will explain which of these essential truths I agree or disagree with.
First, Life is Hard. I would have to say I agree with this one because not everything in our life is easy.
