My Five Greatest Strengths

According to strength finder my five greatest strength 's are

1.I 'm Input: I 'm very inquisitive, I love to collect things and I love philosophy.

2.Because I love the underdog type of person like a person that have low self esteem and I like to take them and find ways to motivate them to be successful in their lives because I was once that person the strength finder found that one of my strength were that I was a developer.

3. Because I enjoy meeting new people and making them my friends and I 'm not content with knowing just those people that I 'm familiar with strength finder has stated one of my strength are that I 'm a RELATOR.

I choose to say crucial because I believe where there is unity there is strength. Whatever a person surrounds themselves around is a reflection of that person. I have witnessed people who are apart of churches, religious organizations, women groups, and fraternities based organization that is strong in word and deed. The benefits having a strength-based organization include character building and confidence.

First of all, I believe anything a person comes into partnership with has a great impact on whether that person will be strong or weak; this includes marriages, families, fraternities, and friendships. That 's why it’s so important to be mindful of the individuals or groups you join because most of one’s characteristics will be developed from the company they keep. A strength-based organization that is strong should have strong members. For example, I have been to several support groups with people that share common interest. Whether it was for pregnant women, drug addicts, preachers, teacher, and etc., I noticed when each person talked that gave the next person to talk and share their experience.
