Growth also occurs from the center of the body to the extremetites. During infancy, babies grow one inch per month. During eary childhood, children’s head are still slighlty bigger than their body and body fat declines. Between middle and late childhood, children grow 2 to 3 inches and their wieght increase due to growing muscular system. In adolescence, go through puberty.
