I conducted a survey on fitness to get an approximate representation how many people incorporate fitness into their weekly lives, to understand the public’s idea of an optimal fitness lifestyle, and to see what physique people expect from a possible romantic partner. I started my survey by asking participants if they incorporated fitness into their lifestyle. If they said yes, I asked for how long per session, and if they said no, asked them why not. The next thing I wanted to know is what people think about the general population in fitness. I asked them questions like what helps differentiate an experienced fitness person from the average joe, and what percentage of people they thought participated in physical activity at least once per week. I had to make sure I didn’t receive biased answers, so I diversified my audience by asking GSU students, teachers, and business professionals. I found that the higher authority of the person I asked greatly impacted their answers, concluding that around 85% of the teachers and business professional I asked said they didn’t include fitness into their life, because they were too busy. The response from students was very similar, but were more lenient at 60% saying they didn’t incorporate fitness. This leaves us with an average of 72.5% of the population not making time for
