I did jumping jacks. I also have done move circle. I did leg extensions. I have done about 20 triceps extensions, forward bends, lag pulls, and arms sweeps at home. After doing these exercises, I feel that I can be able to get my day rocking without of even feeling fatigue or weak. I felt really strong and confident of my workout. I used to practiced pilate exercise by laying in the rug doing challenging stretches. I used to be the totally a different person than I am right now. When I was young, I began to be more thin person because I seemed to eat little bit. Then, my weight’s were decreased. People would tell to eat more so could be able to have energy and engage physical
