My feelings about my present status within fitness Profile is that I am pretty active around house by constantly walking up and down stairs for 15 minutes when helping my family to do laundry. I using my skeleton muscles to move arms. Right now, I am also doing jogging exercises for 20 minutes because I am always sitting in the computer for house. The ways I doing to increase my muscle strength is by doing stretching both of my arms and legs so that I could get enough stability and muscle strength. Last week, I started to join a club in school LASA. This is where I exercises my arms and arms when doing dance what my friend is trying to show me. I still do exercises that involve both flexibility and balances. I feel that I can be able to hold my arms for 15 minutes without lose my balance at. I worked up to the sweat. My energy level is an totally amazing. I would rate my current fitness status as a satisfaction only because I am so proud about my own results. My self- being is making a huge difference about how well I use my energy level and the appropriate choices that make everyday. …show more content…
I did jumping jacks. I also have done move circle. I did leg extensions. I have done about 20 triceps extensions, forward bends, lag pulls, and arms sweeps at home. After doing these exercises, I feel that I can be able to get my day rocking without of even feeling fatigue or weak. I felt really strong and confident of my workout. I used to practiced pilate exercise by laying in the rug doing challenging stretches. I used to be the totally a different person than I am right now. When I was young, I began to be more thin person because I seemed to eat little bit. Then, my weight’s were decreased. On my first attempt at the walk on the parallel bars I was able to make the whole length of the bar, but I found that my legs were wobbling too much and my elbows were collapsing to often.
