Cardiorespiratory endurance is often defined as the main fuel source for your body during activity. Your body provides fuel to itself through the respiratory and circulatory systems allowing you to function under strenuous activity. Cardiorespiratory endurance is any activity that elevates your heart rate, which occurs in cardio workouts, high intensity interval training, sports, cycling, hill sprints, swimming, etc. Folsom Lake College, conducted a study, and found that there are two parts to cardiorespiratory endurance. One being how efficient your heart and lungs are delivering oxygen to your body, and the second, how efficient your body is creating energy for your muscles. Muscular endurance, like muscular strength speaks for itself. Muscular endurance is being able to use your muscles without tiring out, which is why i call is muscular stamina. According to Dixie State University, muscular endurance helps develop the slow fibers in your muscles. Muscular endurance can be improved through some cardiorespiratory endurance exercises as well, jogging, cycling, etc. One thing to keep in mind is that strength cannot be developed through muscular endurance exercises, this can only be done through resistance training or muscular strength
