On 23 May 2017, the day of my fitness assessment I completed all portions of my test, during the run portion of the test I felt sharp pains in my lower left leg which forced me to no longer continue my test after talking my test I immediately went to lrmc to get checked out I left lrmc with discharge papers for a greenstick fracture the next day not understanding what to do on my own I went to leadership in IPE section where I was an augmented at the time for advice which they guided me to talk to the first sergeant about getting my paperwork to the commander I talked to the first sergeant she walked my paperwork in to the commander which he stated he wouldn’t sign the form to get it invalidated that when I worked with the first sergeant on
