Being in soccer-helped increase my twelve-minute run and my wall sit scores. In each pretest I was not in soccer, but for the posttest I had at least a month to two months of soccer under my belt causing a large increase in both scores. When it comes to my sophomore swimming pretest I was deep into the long swim season. The season ended halfway throughout physical education class stemming a decrease in my swim score. The front plank and push-up test partook in constant scores because of the same amount of abdominal and upper body workouts. My superman and crunch scores portrayed a wave, since each year I had physical education class to increase each score, but then between each year I did not maintain my fitness plan in those two categories. My sit and reach score contained a major jump between my ninth and tenth grade year because of my co-creation and participation in yoga club. This is what also helped me keep the same score over my sophomore
