Fit For Life Class

Decent Essays
Is there a class or activity at school that you enjoy? Lots of students enjoy taking art classes, gym classes, core classes, and after school clubs. At my school many students and I enjoy taking a Fit For Life class.

Students enjoy Fit For Life because they enjoy learning unique games and sports. Some of the games we play are paper football, flag football, and archery. For paper football we get to compete against our classmates and have tournaments against the other classes. When we play flag football we get to play against other teams of students. When we learn archery we get prizes such as candy for having the highest score and getting a bull’s eye. All of these activities allow us to be competitive, which makes them even more enjoyable.

I do not consider myself a video games fan, nor do I consider videogames a sport. I love playing soccer with my son, or going for a walk with my husband. A sport that keeps me on the move, something that makes me feel better and energize at the end of the day. Even if I do not have time to go out to exercise, I have a very good routine to do at home some push-ups, squats, abdominal, and I am good to go. If you can see by now the location does not really matter when it comes to sports, you can practice a variety of sports at the park, at the gym, and in your own house, so you do not have any excuse to be lazy.…
