2. Rationale: During the week, the children have been learning about eating healthy and exercise. To enrich the topic, we will read a book called “Good Morning Yoga” by Mariam Gates. While reading the book as class we will work on the yoga poses followed by doing a group activity together with a fit ball.
3. Concept:
Exercise Strengthens Muscles
• Exercise helps keep us healthy
• Exercise your weight down.
