First Work Reflected Paper Working at meadow lakes as a CNA comes with many job responsibilities and skills that you need to know everyday on the job. Every night we lay people down and get them ready for bed, while doing this we also do bed checks. We do these bed checks to make sure all the residents are counted for. While doing a bed check one night we heard screaming from a man who couldn't talk,when we got to him his room mate was lying on the floor with his will chair on top him.He was shaking and was unconscience. This was a issue for me as a CNA because we had to take action , and while taking actions we couldn't find the nurse. While the other CNA was struggling to find the nurse ,I removed the wheelchair from him
