Subsequently, coaches should also try to introduce to the players that all shots must be directed to the goal. Apparently, all shots that are targeted at the goal will score a goal except if it is being intercepted by the opposing player or goal keeper.
The next focus for the coach is to introduce to the players that accuracy is the key to scoring. First timers in soccer are always with the tendency of putting power in their shots when learning how to shot. This may lead to number of inaccurate shots and more misses which will result in low esteem and concept. However, it is the role of the coaches of first timers to demonstrate to these beginners how easy it is to score using very little effort in getting the ball over the goal line. Trying
