The meeting was called to order with brief scripture reference and then preceded with personal introduction.

Agenda:
 To examine and receive two candidates into the membership of First Presbyterian Church:
• Stacey Taylor
• James Switzer
 Consider a recommendation by the worship committee regarding a solution to the broken project screen in the sanctuary.

New Membership:
Following the hearing and discussions, the motion was moved, seconded, and approved to accept the two members.

Having concluded that the first part to receive new members, they were dismissed

I found it interesting as the concerns over the democratic-like voting processes for each group was discussed.
