For example, he described the exact location of the President’s car when the first shot was fired. To support this point he used examples from many different articles, like the New York Times and the Washington Post, and all of this research states that the President’s car was 75-100 yards past the Elms and Houston street when the first shot was fired. The author did not only rely on the news article to support his point, but he also used people who were at the location when the shot was fired. Also, to support his point of where the president was shot, the author used the identification of the wound in the throat. The entry of the bullet was tentative and it was reasonable to suppose that the bullet entered the back of the president's neck. To support this, the author used statements of two doctors from a new article stating that the first bullet came from the back of the president’s body.
