I've come to the realization that I no longer have time for chores, watching television, or even spending quality time with my family. Which can all be considered as stress relievers. For someone who suffers from anxiety, it tends to constantly take a negative toll on my life.
Maintaining a social life was much easier in High School. It is a struggle for me to keep in touch with my family or friends on a daily basis as I was once very familiar with. I only see my family members when there is a family party or sadly, a funeral. That is if I get lucky and don't have to work. My GPA has and still continues to fluctuate till this day. Being employed and enrolled in school, in my opinion, is compared to working two full-time jobs. Although you make your own schedule in College, it is still strenuous to your way of living. There are only 168 hours in a week and already 35-40 are being used up at work. Being a full-time student and employee is stressful and tiring as it is. …show more content…
I only had a month left of classes, which meant a lot of studying, finals and presentations to prep for. Although this time was supposed to be the most precious and cherished time of my life... It was a disaster. It became my lowest point in life, I didn't even want to finish
