The crown would present video surveillance from multiple angles showing the 4 men committing the crime and fleeing from the crime scene, as well as witnesses. I think the defence would state that they were under peer pressure or because they were under the influence of drugs and alcohol, also motive was not stated and is not known so this could support the accused.
This trial will take place in the Ontario Court of Justice.
