This year has been very trying on us as a department and we have seen people leave and the team has experienced a lot of growing pains. The team has remained vigilante and persevered through it, however there has been one TC that has not been able to adjust to the changing dynamics. It is unfortunate that I need to advise that at this point Joseph Davis has fallen to last place in the ranking in my team and has really become a negative force. From the beginning of the year until now there has been a steady decline in Joey’s professionalism and work ethic. I had very high hopes for Joey, since he was the more seasoned TC and had the drive; I felt he would make a great leader within First American. In 2014 I worked with him on ideas and
