SNC started off and finished very assertive while maintaining good character and tact while giving the brief and executing the order. While giving the order, SNC gave very detailed and precise instructions to the fire team. The fire team did appear to be non-responsive to the SNC. During execution, the fire team immediately responded to SNC's direction and tactics with no apparent blowback to SNC. During execution, one of the fire team’s weapons went down and SNC failed to acknowledge this as they were preparing to continue rushing. The candidate with the downed weapon called that the weapon was down again and the entire assault halted for too long while still in close proximity to the enemy aggressor.
