On 02-23-18 at approximately 1700 hours, I arrested and transported Ramon Richard Arvizu to the Pasadena Jail for booking (Under PPD Case #18002500). It should be noted that I have had several police contacts with Arvizu on the west hillside on State Street and Railroad Street near the Pasadena Power Plant. Arvizu had a transient encampment set up and was living on the above hill for several weeks. Upon my arrival to the Pasadena Jail, I asked Arvizu if he knew anything about the fire which occurred at the bottom of the hill where he was living, on 12-08-17.
