Today you have conducted a Fire hydrant inspection without informing us. We have drawn to your attention several times that you have to liaise with us whenever doing weekly or monthly inspection; to do our part of auditing. However, neglecting was your response so far which is not acceptable and as a consequence a further action might be taken if regulation not adhered and such culture not corrected.
