I then guided Kerianne out of vehicle 11-05, where I again searched her and the rear prisoner area for contraband with negative results. I then guided Kerianne into the booking room, where she was processed and photographed. After processing, I started my twenty-minute observation period and for the entirety stayed with Kerianne. I read Kerianne the N.J. Attorney’s General Standard Statement Form for Motor Vehicle Operator’s form and her Miranda rights. Kerianne agreed to provide samples of her breath for the purpose of chemical testing. I then removed my portable radio and all electronics from my person. I also ensured Kerianne had all her electronics removed from her as well. Kerianne was able to provide two (2) samples of her breath as instructed. Each time I was to ensure that the mouthpiece was removed and changed along with reading the posted instructions. Kerianne’s reported breath test was a .00% BAC. After testing, I called County Dispatch to check the county for a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) who was available; however, there was not one available. Kerianne was able to make contact with her mother who agreed to meet her at the station. Amy Perkins was advised of the Potential Liability form and signed off on it indicating she was taking responsibility of Kerianne. I released Kerianne at 1607
