We piled our branches in the fire pit, and my dad got to work. My mom helped set up a s’more making station for us kids. I grabbed the sharp metal stick and slid a jumbo fluffy marshmallow through it. I stuck it over the blazing fire straight into the embers. I lifted it into the air to check its status to see that it was on fire, just how I liked it. I blew the flames out and smacked the marshmallow onto the cold chocolate bar and smashed the graham crackers together. When the rest of my family finished roasting their marshmallows, we all stuffed our faces unable to talk due to the stickiness of the marshmallow clamping our mouths shut. The only thing that could be heard was the attempts to scrape the gooey mess from the roofs of our mouths. To me, they resembled Mount Everest peaking at 29,000 feet, but to others they were no more than ten to fifteen feet high. I was terrified. My dad, being the adrenaline junkie that he is, sprinted and leaped right off the cliffs into the murky water below. My sister followed; then my brother. My mother; however, showed no interest in jumping down like the rest of them, and instead sat towards the base of the cliff and watched. Before I knew it, it was my turn. I could hear the screams of joy coming from my siblings below me. I was standing in the middle of the large rocks debating on whether or not to go back and chicken out. I could hear my dad yelling encouraging comments, while my siblings were telling me how much I was missing out on. I could almost feel the smooth stone cold rock crumble beneath my rough bare feet. I took another small terrified step closer to my doom as I looked over the sharp edge, seeing the dark water get further and further down from the edge. I quickly retreated back to my previous spot and crawled on all foursto keep from falling off the side. I leaned over the edge again to get a look at the surrounding area, and I saw some smaller boulders towards the base of the cliff. As if I was not already terrified, seeing these rocks made me fear that I would not jump far enough and go crashing into the rocks. My family, getting sick of the fact that I still had not jumped,
