Let's say if you lost one hundred dollars you would want to find it because that's a lot of money that you earned and worked for to help you and your family. If you were in the person's shoes that lost their money you would hope that someone found it and did the right thing as to return it to you. It may not be illegal to take it, but you wouldn't feel right taking it. It is the wrong thing to do, you never know what the person was going to buy maybe something to help their family or help someone else even it wasn't used for that it doesn't give you the right to keep it. If you can't find the owner, you could keep the money because at least you tried to find the person and maybe you should use that money for something other than yourself, you could use it for someone in need or for a family member or someone you know that's struggling that could use the money more than you. You could even donate it to buy new supplies for your school or even like a lot of school have Chromebooks it could go toward them for more and new ones. I think if you can't find the owner to use it on something other than yourself then even if you didn't find the owner you wouldn't feel as bad for spending it because you spent it for a good cause or to someone who needs help and would appreciate the
