One of the greatest benefits is the utilization of talents. When the right person is in the right position they can make amazing things happen. Not to mention the fact that they enjoy their work more when it comes easy to them. This gives all people the opportunity to rise to their true potential. Just like the story about St. Peter is looking for the greatest general by Mark Twain. When he found out that it was the Cobbler who was the greatest general he was surprised (Clifton, Anderson & Schneiner, 2006). It’s the same thing in the workplace. If someone was given the chance to utilize their own strengths given the chance to utilize their own strengths they may also be the greatest. I was once told that one of my biggest strengths was recognizing others strengths. Looking back, I do recall putting teams together that blew my mind with what they can do. I simply had the best artist make the advertisement and the best speaker present it. The funny thing was the “artist” worked in a call center and the “speaker” hardly spoke at all until you go to know
