However, financing is a critical issue within health care because this is what keeps the doors open to all organizations. Thus far, financing in health care is a problem due to health care cost and unnecessary optional deliveries. Moreover, a organization is built on its leadership; an organization is only as good as the leader. Therefore, a leader role within an organization is making sure the organization remain profitable, at the fore front, provide efficient, and quality services.
