Prez Mike called the meeting to order at 2:05 pm. Prez Mike asked that the minutes from the last meeting be read to the Brothers. As the minutes from the last meeting was being read I, along with the Prez noticed that there was some things that needed to be change. So the Prez informed the Brothers that we would revisit the minutes from the last meeting. Prez then asked for the financial report from Brother Money. Financial report at this time is $2234.15 in checking, 1509.84 in saving. Then Brother Money informed the Brothers that we had to subtract the $750.00 dollars for the rent out of the $2234.15 in checking. After the rent was subtracted from the checking account the balance was $1484.15 in checking. We made $1892.00 dollars …show more content…
Brother Money also talked about the foods we normally have at the Christmas Party. Brother Frank arrived at the meeting around 2:50 pm. Brother Vennie stated that we needed to have a cut off time for the food at the Christmas Party. Brother Wood y shared his opinion on serving the food at the Christmas Party. Probie Sweeper stated that if we set a time on serving the food that some people might get upset. Probie Sweeper also inquired about the security piece for the Christmas Party. Brother Kelsey talked about going to the Sheriff and Police Department and that they did not want to do the security piece for the party. Prez Informed the Brothers that he was going to talk to the Owner of the Temple about the security piece. Brother Cuntry asked if we were going to allow people to bring their on liquor to the Temple and the Prez said no. Brother Vennie asked if we could have a committee to set up things for the Christmas Party. Brother Money asked that the Brothers please bring the chairs that were taken from the house back. Prez put Brother Vennie, Probie Sweeper, Brother Hardy, Probie Richie Rich, Brother Cuntry and Brother Ralph on the Set up Committee. He put Brother Money, Probie Brodrick (Tip Boat), Brother
