Final Health Paragraph
Throughout this whole lesson, I have learned that beauty is only an opinion, and your opinion of yourself should be that you’re beautiful. I was taught many different perspectives on the idea of beauty, one of which coming from the media. Thanks to commercials, as well as magazines, I was told that if I didn’t have defined cheekbones, perfect teeth, an award winning smile, hair wavy and full of life, to be less than a size eight, or else I wasn’t beautiful, I was anything but it. And it hurt, knowing that I didn’t fit majority of those attributes, but I was also told another perspective of beauty, one from my classmates and the student body of the high school end of my school.
