The Hunting Ground a film that is informative and a powerful documentary that shines a light on the growing problem of sexual assault and rape on college campuses. The documentary is the journey of two former college students who filed a Title IX lawsuits against UNC after being raped while enrolled. The documentary also highlights other students who have been raped or sexually assaulted at various colleges across the country. This documentary tries to show us viewers how colleges try to silence victims rather than offer emotional support and legal help. The documentary does an amazing job at portraying emotion and showing how colleges often just look the other way when it comes to rape or sexual assault.
