The Filipino farm worker asked Cesar Chaves to join them, who form a Latino farm work union, the National Farm Workers Association, to join their strike. Chavez main goal was to overthrow the farm labor system in the United States that mistreat farm worker as if they are not important. He found the National Farm Workers Association in 1962, which allow him to gain access to the labor campaign.
