1. The brigade food service team is requesting two file cabinets for storage of the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) files. The file cabinets will also be used to store and secure Command Food Service Discipline Program records and Government Purchase Card files. The file cabinets being requested are not available in the SAMES-E system to meet the size requirement.

2. Impact if not approved: Without the file storage capability, sensitive documents such as credit card numbers and account number will be unsecure and easily accessible.
