Figurative Artist: Alessandra Piquero

Alessandra Piquero spends her days tending to her plethora of house-plants and diligently making art at her home in New Paltz, New York. She is influenced by contemporary figurative artists, memories from childhood, varieties of household crafts and 1980’s horror films. Alessandra is a recent graduate of the SUNY New Paltz Visual Arts program and has focused in painting and drawing. She devotes her time helping to enrich the lives of special-needs children and spending as much time as possible in her garden.
