In Fifty Shades Darker by EL James, EL James provides her audience with a physically attractive, disturbed man named Christian Grey. She also provides a foil character named Anastasia Steele who Christian then falls for. The love that Christian Grey has for Anastasia Steele is no ordinary love. In the series of Fifty Shades Darker, which is the second book of – Fifty Shades Of Grey – Anastasia and Christian’s relationship is very different from any other love story. Anastasia does help Christian get rid of his dark and secret past of being tormented. When Christian was four years old, his birth mother was a prostitute and also a drug addict which led to her committing suicide. When Christian was taken to the hospital the doctor there, Dr. Grace Grey, took him in and adopted Christian. As the years went by, his mother’s friend, Elena Lincoln, seduced him, took away his virginity and introduced him to BDSM.
