There are multiple leadership styles that fit for me; but, mainly I have some of the personality traits of a leader. Self-Confidence, humility, self-evaluations, trustworthiness, warmth and sense of humor are some of the traits that most leaders have, which I believe I do too. From the positive side, task oriented students are more successful because they have an aim and they want to achieve; however, from a different perspective, task - oriented students like me suffer from social relationships and more likely to fail in that particular leadership style.(Dubrin). Relationship oriented people are more creative, outgoing and usually, have high morale. My parents’ have multiple business operations, distribution of generic oncology products of Pfizer in Turkey, large marble and limestone quarry and a construction company.
