Located in Houston’s historic Heights neighbourhood, Field & Tides is an American Restaurant and Bar, featuring Creative Southern, Gulf Coast and American cuisines. Executive Chef Travis Lenig’s brings his culinary experiences with different types of fusion cuisines inspired from Southern, Italian, French and Asian cuisines. Here 'Field' stands for locally sourced vegetables, pork, poultry, beef and game, while ‘Tides’ stands for seafood’s that are locally sourced , with an emphasis on the Gulf coast. The must try's being the 'Pimento Cheese Fritters', 'Smoked Fish Dip', 'Scallops with shrimp' and 'Crab Meat Risotto', 'Duck Breast' and 'Roasted Rack of Venison'.
