Self-Evaluation
Conducting interviews during this Field Project was an enlightening and fun experience. During the interviews with my professionals, I notice three areas where I did well, and two where I can improve. Developing rapport, implementing a good closing technique, and asking good open-ended questions were strengths in my interviews. I felt like I did a good job making the interviewees feel comfortable and ready to disclose information about their personal experiences. At the end of each interview, I gave the professionals the opportunity to provide me with any other information the thought was important. I thought this was a good way to close my interview because I ended up gaining more information than I thought I would receive
