Hi Kellie, your post made me realize that many “old” companies seem to have more of a single-loop learning model. I like your optimism in that perhaps fresh faces and ideas may force a more double-loop learning model. However, I have seen myself in other companies with single-loop learning that as new people and new ideas come in to play, there is often times a resistant to this change. I believe it has to do partly with the “old culture” and “old ways” but I believe you would agree that a change really is necessary.…

The strengths of this approach is that both teachers are actively engaged and are able to work with small groups and tailor to the individual students. Using this method also allows teachers the chance to separate students with behavioral problems, and allows for a more cooperative learning experience.…

The problem is that making mistakes throughout life is not desirable because some things can only be learned once, such as proper driving procedures or gun safety.…

This happened few times and I never play with these things again since I knew my mother would hit on my hand and I did not want to be hit again and again. All this things done by my mother ended up in making up the identity and personality of who am today.. Vygotsky;s theory had also reflected my childhood learning as I have learnt my culture and language through the reciting of…
