This is an easy distraction to not only the students but the teachers as well. Teachers jobs are to teach kids to learn not to play with fidgets. Students should use these spinners on their own time. Teachers already have enough distraction in their classrooms and they don’t need anything on top of that. Stress balls increased their average score on a writing assignment from 73 percent to 83 percent. Those with medical problems like ADHD improved their results by 27 percent.
There are some positives to letting schools keep fidget spinners with more negatives than positives. These devices should be banned from school because it causes a major distraction. Kids should use these devices on their own time rather than the teacher's time. I think that students were just fine without these spinners before they were made, so why do kids need them so bad all of a sudden?
