Ferguson Police Department need a true understanding of Community Policing. There should be a detailed plan that give tips on community policing and problem solving principles. Also, the Department need to build and gain trust from the community they are policing. In addition, the department need to improve the training that will reduce excessive force, and to ease the situation instead of escalating them. Ferguson Police Department should be more connected with the disconnected areas such as apartment complexes and African-American group to identify crime prevention. Nevertheless, the Chief of Police should monthly alternate the shifts of the police officer, so that all officer will be familiar with the area and the people who live in the
