In the 19th century, women focus to wear pretty dresses, learn how to play music, like to read, have a sense of dance, and marry with a rich guy. Men tend to marry with feminine in the traditional way. In the movie, Mr Darcy said, “A woman must have a thorough knowledge of singing, dancing and the art of war,” In the tradition feminine character, female cannot inherit their father’s property. Mr. Bennet teaches his daughter to self-protection, fight with the zombie. In the old traditional ways, the dad is likely not to teach his daughter to use weapon because they feel like against the society. The five sisters also training to use a knife and put the them under their dress, use for protection in the zombie’s world. Mrs. Bennet always asks her daughter Liz to get married with his cousin. Liz is one of the main characters, mostly likely derived from the classic female women. She said no to Mr. Collins because she doesn’t like him and he ask her not to fight anymore, give up her weapon after they get married. He also asks her to change her pans to dress and weapon to pots. Liz refuses to his request and Mr. Darcy. She loves Mr. Darcy and fight with him once because he separates his best friend with her sister. Liz’s character, love and hate, say no to what she doesn’t like, which it is a female subvert conventional notions of femininity.
