The purpose of this report is to make more understanding of dimension cultures in other countries for businessmen in communicating between countries and countries as it is very essential to acknowledge different cultural background. The difference dimension between Masculinity and Femininity from Professor Geert Hofstede mainly describe success is regarded by someone’s achievement or heroism in Masculinity society, while in Femininity society, people tend to treat each other equally and care others who are weaker and seem to focus on quality of life. Professor Geert Hofstede directed one of supreme ample studies of how values in the workplace are prejudiced by culture. A high score (Masculine) on this measurement demonstrates that the public will be driven by rivalry, accomplishment with achievement being characterized by the "champ" or "best-in-the-field." It means the winners determine success and who has the best performance in the society. A low score (Feminine) on the measurement implies that the overwhelming qualities in the public arena are nurturing others and personal satisfaction. A Feminine society is one where personal satisfaction is the indication of progress and emerging from the group is not splendid.
