Eywa´s role is to act as a nurturer and motivator for Na´vi people but also for Jake. One of her acts of her ultimate power was when the Pandora wildlife intervene in the final battle (Avatar 02:34:45). Female characters dominate men in this movie, not like for example in movie Fight Club. Women presence in Fight Club often disappears, and if we notice them they are displayed as sexualized objects for men. E.g. Chloe, she is a female character who represents femininity through her sexualizing of herself. Or Marla, she is visible rarely and her lack of appearances gives us impression that there is simply no room for women. Mostly in movies female characters are evil or good, but Avatar is extraordinary in this concept. There is no ambiguity, all female characters are good with very kind hearths and men characters are evil, trying to destroy Na´vi world except Jake. Even Tsu´tey, brother of Neytiri had some of the bad masculine attributes which could be seen in the scene (Avatar 01:21:20) when Jake must tame his Ikran but masculine influence of Tsu´tey jeers and discourages Jake.
