After reading both of the sites provided, it shows that female offenses have increased over male offenses in nonviolent property offenses. Those nonviolent property offenses includes being charged on a drug or property charge. Not only are the extreme mental health complications witnessed in female criminals, it is more likely to be a contributor to the criminal behavior, but they also impedes with reintegration efforts.
